Who to choose… this week was harder than some. Father’s Day is this Sunday and since I’ve been working on a giant Father’s Day card with quiet dolls on the front.. I wasn’t sure which to do next. I have a list of about twenty types of dads and their occupations to get drawn up. We’ve done a cowboy and superhero, lots of suits…I decided on Andy Griffith the quintessential TV father. Of course there were so many iconic characters; Opie, Aunt Bea, Gomer Pyle, Don Knotts…but like I said it’s almost Father’s Day. A police officer and single dad and a big hearted country smart kind of guy who treated everyone right and taught us to be better.
